We now offer a Revolving Facility
We now offer a revolving facility to clients, where an approval can obtained for up to 80% LTV. This can then be drawn down in tranches, paid back and redrawn for the life of the term. This can be on an interest only or repayment basis. This facility provides a variable line of credit that allows great flexibility of funds.
