James Evans Financial Services Limited were awarded the Best Regional Mortgage Company of 2019. We are so proud of all of our team and would like to take this opportunity to thank you, our loyal clients, for all of your support. As always our team works tirelessly to deliver the best possible results for our clients.
We Introduced Four New Services
In April, it was our unsecured business loan for limited companies. With a simple application process, the loan has:
- a rolling credit line for 12 months,
- no ERC’s,
- no legal/solicitor requirement,
- and funds are provided within 24 hours subject to full application.
In May, it was our revolving facility to clients, where approval can be obtained for up to 80% LTV.
In August, we introduced our new bespoke mortgage product available for high net worth clients, with loans of up to £2,500,000 for unusual properties.
Last, but not least, in October we announced Equity-Backed Lending as a valuable addition to our suite of services. We can provide loans to Professional Investors secured against public equities, specialising in collateral where traditional lenders are unable to offer favourable terms.
