This product is a flexible mortgage secured against your primary residence that allows you to borrow and repay within an agreed credit limit, suited for high-net-worth individuals needing ongoing liquidity. It is only available for residential properties in England or Wales, for UK residents and must have minimum annual income of £300,000.

- 3 year Fixed rate starting at 3.88%
- 5 year Fixed rate starting at 3.89%
MAX 75% LTV
- 2 year Fixed rate starting at 3.99%
- 3 year Fixed rate starting at 4.08%
- 5 year Fixed rate starting at 4.10%
Rates are subject to change in line with market fluctuations and depend on your LTV size.
